ESCEE Commercial Properties is seeking a “self-starter” to fill a Research Assistant position for our Scottsdale office. Candidate much be reliable, detail-oriented, organized, have ability to work independently, and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Research and track property

• City and municipality research

• Interact telephonically with clients/ vendors, answer/screen incoming calls, and distribute messages

• Maintain and update databases

• Special projects as required

• Financial analysis of income properties

Skills:
Proficiency is required in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must have the ability to organize and multi-task. Proficiency with desk top publishing software and real estate software a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:
Experience specifically in the commercial real estate industry and an Arizona Real Estate License are a plus. College degree or near term graduation preferred.
